Joe Reardon is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience in the hotel industry. Throughout his distinguished career, Joe has held positions with Marriott International, and has held numerous senior and executive leadership positions, where he was responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, strategic growth, and organizational development across a diverse portfolio of hotels. As President of the Board, he brings extensive industry expertise, executive leadership, and a forward-thinking vision that supports the organization's mission and long-term objectives.

Director, REIT I

Mr. Adams is Founder and Executive Chairman of Columbia Home Services and brings extensive experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, capital formation, operational transformation, and value creation across multiple industries.

Director, REIT II

Ms. Pfeifer is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Empower Healthcare Management and has built a distinguished career overseeing complex multi-state operations, quality improvement initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational growth strategies.
